Cineworld add passes still an issue over 2 years on…

Hi,

I am now having issues adding cineworld tickets to my apple wallet. I receive the email confirmation, together with the barcode and the “add to apple wallet” button. When selecting add to wallet, it redirects to mobilepass.cineworld.com followed immediately by another redirect to my last web page opened??

i have only recently had this issue and indeed have tickets in my wallet from a few weeks ago?

do I have an issue? Or is it the vendor?
