I am unable to download apps using App Store on my MacBook

Please respect, I need help this is my first time in a long time using an apple product my last apple gadget was 2015 and I am now using again and this time with a new iCloud and it won't allow me download an app in my MacBook.

Manage and use your Apple ID - Apple Support.


Often that error you're seeing is related to unverified or missing payment information..


Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support.


Note you may click on other highlighted tabs of interest once inside the links above including links to contact Apple Support if needed. Also you may go to lower left and click on the small Support icon.
