Please respect, I need help this is my first time in a long time using an apple product my last apple gadget was 2015 and I am now using again and this time with a new iCloud and it won't allow me download an app in my MacBook.

It says go to support, this your first downloading app for this email address. I already did input everything. I don't know what is wrong...I am not used with apple products.
