There may not be any issue, depending on how many battery cycles and how long you're owned your iPhone. Battery Health only goes in one direction and that is DOWN. On average, you'll see a 1 - 2% drop in battery health per month of ownership. Or for every 25 cycles of charge, you'll on average see a 1% drop. Also, Battery Health decline is not linear and it can remain steady for some time, then drop a few points quickly. This is normal and not cause for concern.
How long have you owned your iPhone and how many cycle charges have you been through?
Your iPhones battery health is relative to when it was new, the more you use it, the faster your battery will chemically degrade. As stated, an iPhone battery’s health isn’t a linear decline. It can drop by 1-2% per month, or it may remain stable for a few months without any drop. Alternatively, it could experience a more rapid decline of more than 1-2% per month. All these can occur with your iPhone battery health.
According to Apple, batteries of iPhone 15 models are designed to retain 80 percent of their original capacity at 1000 complete charge cycles under ideal conditions. When you hit below 80% battery health, Apple recommends you replace the battery.
Unfortunately, there is no solution to battery health. Batteries don’t last forever and how your device uses it depends on many factors and variables.

If you don’t have AppleCare, then it is highly unlikely that the battery replacement will be free of charge when it eventually needs replacing.
Keep in mind:
All rechargeable batteries are consumable components that become less effective as they chemically age.
Recent software updates can accelerate that process by adding features that consume more power.
As lithium-ion batteries chemically age, the amount of charge they can hold diminishes, resulting in shorter amounts of time before a device needs to be recharged.
Apple won’t replace the battery until it reaches 80% capacity.
