Insta360 upload 360 degree video youtube

how to upload 360 video to YouTube via iPhone? when i download the video and open it in front of google photos it plays as a 360 degree video. but through the Apple Photos app, the video is already flat and widescreen. it's not even possible to upload to YouTube via phone. It is also flat there after that. Android has no problem with this. quite a disappointment for Apple.

When viewing X videos the video image is bigger than the screen. When viewing videos from X on my iPhone 16e the videos are bigger than the screen size. How do I get them to fit.
