whenever i click on verify it loads for 2 seconds then just disappears its so annoying

Please follow this path,
iPhone > Settings > Face ID & Passcode > enter passcode > Use Face ID For > Contactless & Payments > enable (should be green). If the setting is enabled, momentarily disable the setting and then enable the setting.
You need to follow the path above and fix your passcode issue, or you’ll never be able to verify and add Apple Cash
Are you part of an Apple Family Sharing group? Are you 18 or over?
Do you have Face ID & Passcode setup for your device?
You can’t setup Apple Cash without being part of an Apple Cash Family and having a person 18 or over setting it up for you. sorry.

I tried it and it still says. “verify your identity to keep useing apple cash” ive clicked the button over 40 times it still just loads for 2 seconds then it doesnt work
