Hi, it's hard for me, I use apple id for download apps on my iPad. When I become a member by signing in with Apple, I don't get a verification code sent to my email. I can't create an account with Sign in with Apple. When you have an iPhone, you have an Apple ID account.
I have everything on my Apple account.
Have iPad so I use Apple account.
Have changed the password every month.

Review the devices that are signed into your account by going to Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom. Make sure you are using two-factor authentication. Verification codes are sent to trusted devices, not to the email account. You can also get a verification code to a Trusted Phone number set on your account.
