How do I get rid of this annoying video viewer zoom thing?

Hi everyone, I think I pressed a keyboard shortcut and now I have this grey and red little window pop up on my video viewer which I can't seem to get rid of.

It's zooming in the entire video viewer not letting me see what's outside the box, unless I change the viewer zoom to 50% or fit. (fit changes the zoom to 60% but the default is 100% if I remember correctly)

Please let me know how to get rid of this I'm sure it's very easy.

When you set zoom levels larger than Fit, that on screen control will appear. The red box shows you what area of the entire image, the surrounding white outline, you're seeing. You can grab the red box and move it to display other parts of the image that were not visible at that zoom level. Really helpful for fine detail work. As Tom and Ian said, use Fit, it will scale the video so that it, well, fits inside the viewer.
