Siri still listening for "hey siri" even when turned off

I like to use siri but only when I press the home button. In settings, "Always listen for Siri or Hey Siri" is turned off but when I say "Hey Siri" it still activates. I also turned it off on my apple watch. How can I get it to stop listening?

Siri on apple Watch doesnt find shortcuts I m experiencing an issue with Siri on apple watch. Siri doesnt find any shortcut . I can launch shortcut by complication as well. I've checked all the settings and unpaired the watch without success. I 've this issue since the end of past week .
