Refunding money from Apple account
I was trying to put money into my Apple Cash, but it went into the Apple account instead how do I transfer from the Apple account to the Apple Cash or transfer the money back to my bank account?

You need to contact Apple Support ASAP and ask that they reverse the transfer. They may be able to reverse it back to the account it came from. It cannot be transferred to Apple Cash. That would be a form of money laundering.
