How do I reset the passcode on my iPhone 10?

After resetting the settings, the phone asks for a password that was not there

The iPhone 10 settings were reset.

After the reset, the phone was turned on and not fully configured (the account was not created, the password was not created), then the phone was turned off.

After turning it on again a few days later, the phone began to ask for a 6-digit password. It was not created. When trying to connect to a computer, reset the password and restore, a message about an unknown error popped up. The phone could not be contacted. No devices were found in iCloud. What should I do? How to unlock it. I entered the wrong password too many times and they are already blocking the phone for an hour

What was the error number that appeared in the message when connected to the computer. Your issue can only be resolved by Restoring the software using your computer and if that fails, it will depend on the Message you are receiving. You may need to put your phone is Recovery Mode:
