I have a black screen when playing QTVR videos
It used to work, but recently, I've been getting nothing. For further information, I am on Windows.
QuickTime Player for Windows has been unsupported since 2016.
QuickTime v7 was for use with Windows Vista (6) or Windows 7. If installed on other versions of Windows, it may not offer full functionality.
About QuickTime for Windows - Apple Support
I am not aware of modern software that can play this type of file.
