Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
All of a sudden, my computer keeps getting a pop up message asking me to sign in to ICloud when I am already in. When I enter username and password, I get and enter verification codes, but after entering, it cycles back and asks me to sign in again. How can I end these pop ups? Restarting did nothing.

I think that may be more of a Windows issue now BUT, I would make sure your OS is up to date.
iCloud is installed directly from the Microsoft Store so you would have to troubleshoot that if it wasn't up to date either.
I had this on a Dell machine. Uninstall > Reinstall fixed it for me.
Have a different issue after that but that's for another topic.
Thanks for the info. But now, icloud installer won't install icloud on my pc. It gives me an error message. it's always something! Any thoughts on why it won't reinstall?
