Why Is my MacBook Air showing the Wrong Date and Time?

I did not use my Macbook for a while cause the charger was broken. After logging in back my date and time were wrong. I tried everything to set it back but it does not work. When I try to sing out of the icloud it says error 7005 - witch basically leads to wrong date and time. I tried manualy setting the time, but that does not work also. When I try to open up anything on chrome it says Your clock is behaind. My Time server is time.apple.com
