Apple Music with Bluetooth connection

When I get in my car, and my phone connects via bluetooth, it will automatically start to play music from my apple music. Aside from turning off Bluetooth on my phone, can I stop this from happening? It really bugs me.

iPhone 15, iOS 17

That’s not a setting that can be controlled on the phone. The phone is responding to a command from the head unit in the car to begin playback.

Check the manual for the infotainment system in the car to see if you can control that.
