Syncing files from multiple HDDs to iCloud Drive

I'm trying to switch most of my backups to iCloud Drive (so I can stop paying for lots of extra storage multiple places - OneDrive, Dropbox, etc.). I've got about 6TB of data: 3TB of photos (inc. RAW), 1TB of MP3 files, and another 2TB of assorted files. But they're spread over several HDDs.

Is it possible to upload/backup files from multiple hard drives (or computers) to icloud drive?

How do I do that (icloud drive says "the location where your files will be synced" is one drive path (Windows).

I upgraded to 8TB of icloud storage, so that shouldn't be an issue.
