How to remove unwanted Numbers from iPhone Home Screen?

IPhone 13 mini on the Settings I made a mistake, I will ask a question? How to remove a bunch of numbers display on my home screen and and on the mouse. Those numbers are in a black and white color and annoying. I forgot to settings where I did this anybody has any idea please respond. It will help a lot. Thank you for your time.
