I need to update my iPhone 6 Plus to iOS 13.4

Please clarify.

Your title states "iPhone 6s," which can be upgraded to the highest release of iOS 15. However, your equipment line shows "iPhone 6 Plus," which cannot be upgraded past iOS 12.5.7.

If you are not offered an update through Settings, I suspect you have a 6 Plus.

An iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, or iPhone 6 Plus isn't capable of 13 or above; they require at least 2GB of RAM.
