basically when i try to make a voicemail it asks me for my pin so i didn’t know my pin so i went to setting and tried to make one but every time i do it says “voicemail unavailable, try again later” i’ve turned my phone on and off again. it just won’t work, i have a iphone 12 in good working condition, please help

it’s 93% i don’t think it’s the battery level. any other suggestions???
i don’t know, i work at a company which gives you new phones every few years. i just got this one a few months ago. it’s trustworthy and not fake, i’m not sure if it’s been replaced though
