hello my qustion is how to resolve if i know the icloud and the number is there and it turns out i have forgotten icloud passworld how do you help me get the codes tht go to the email that is the same as icloud?

You are going to have to use the option below that says "Can't use this email address", and continue with the reset process. I don't recommend using an iCloud email address as your Apple ID for that reason. If you forget your Password, you will not have access to your email account either.
How do I get a code sent to my iCloud email if I don't have access to it when resetting my password?
