Apple Watch unpaired but still showing on Watch app - can’t re-pair

I did force restart on both.

Apple Watch Series 6, watchOS 10

It is still paired.

On your iPhone go to the Watch App

On the top left tap on All Watches

find your watch and tap on the ! in the circle on the right

On the bottom Tap Unpair Apple Watch
