Few days ago i noticed that i have a weird un-clickable grey frame around my screen, i tried to restart the mac and it worked for like 10 minutes and then the same issue came back. Have you got any solutions for this? Thanks.

From what you describe it appears you may inadvertently invoking a "hot corner" that moves all windows aside to reveal the Desktop. A grey outline at its periphery remains.
