After installing Sonoma 14.6.1, I'm still getting a software update notification. I check to see if there are any new updates but I am up to date.

It's a known bug. I see the same thing every couple of days.
I see the same thing. Maybe Sequoia beta update notifications somehow bleed to Sonoma even though the user has never participated in any beta program? Anyway, I regard that as a minor and hopefully a temporary annoyance.
