iPhone keeps turning off location sharing for Life360

Everyone in my family has Life360 and it is crucial for me to track them for safety concerns. I never had issues when they had Android devices but we have all switched to iPhones. However the iPhone keeps automatically switching the location sharing option for Life360 from “Always Allow” to “While Using App”. I have tried every option possible to stop it but it keeps doing it. This is a huge safety concern for me and I understand that iOS is designed that way for privacy reasons but there must be a work around. I have seen many forum threads about this same issue but none have yet to provide a solution. Any help would be appreciated.
