Unable to Erase my Disk Utility showing failed, Unmount errors

i ve already format my macbook 2015 model and facing errors while installing Os X . help me out to fix this problem

Make sure you are booted into Recovery Mode, Internet Recovery Mode, or from a bootable macOS USB installer. Make sure to erase the whole physical SSD. Within Disk Utility you may need to click "View" and select "Show All Devices" before the physical drive appears on the left pane of Disk Utility.

The OP just poorly worded their problem. They were attempting to erase their disk using Disk Utility and encountered errors unmounting volumes on the drive they were attempting to erase.
