external damage to macbook air hinge

A while ago a small pebble or some other kind of debris was caught inside the hinges of my MacBook air while I was closing it, causing some cracks. the screen still worked with no issue for a long time until recently, but now the screen blacks out at random, usually when the screen is moved, meaning there's some permanent damage to inner workings of the screen, what should I do and what kind of repair does this fit under?

Take the computer to an authorized service center for inspection. We users can not assess physical damage remotely.
