Can I share my hotspot and WIFI I am connected too on my iPhone at the same time?

As soon as hotspot is activated my iPhone turns off WiFi, even for USB or Bluetooth tethering. This is extremely annoying.

In Samsung we can share wifi connection via hotspot without turning off the wifi, so how we can do it here?

I am not talking about sharing main router password rather using main router wifi to be used via mobile hotspot...
