Airpos pro 2 noise canceling and sound shifting

Hello, I am using my AirPods Pro 2 (Lightning) headset with my iPad Pro 3rd generation. I am experiencing sound shifts and very clear sound with noise cancellation. I've been living it for a year and a half and I've seen people living on forums like reddit, it's probably a software problem. When it is off, the human voice seems to be 0.02 to the left. I fixed it through accessibility, but the strange thing is that even if I fix it, it stays to the left and sometimes it works as it should. When noise canceling and spatial sound are on, your headset literally flies, there are shifts in the sound, vocalizations in noise canceling, vocal shifting to the left, etc. Am I the only one experiencing this problem? I went to Apple warranty but the problem was not detected and it was said that there was no hardware problem. I bought these only for my iPad. I wish I hadn't bought them. I have never experienced this before on the Android platform.

iPad Pro, iPadOS 17
