Why is there no Wi-Fi option on my Apple Watch Ultra 2?

Hey all, just acquired an Ultra 2, used. I know, buy at your risk. Everything seems to work except that it doesn't have the wifi icon. No way to connect to wifi and will not synch to phone app. Just bluetooth.
