Where is the Repeat pop-up menu in Calendar in 14.6.1?

There doesn't appear to be a frequency setting anymore to repeat items in the calendar. Where did it go?

How do I stop Calendar events from moving to random dates? I use the calendar regularly but things I’ve entered on certain dates move around to random dates regularly. Powering off and on corrects it but I’m forced to do it every day. Is there a way to correct the problem without constantly powering off? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

iCal events disappeared; IMac Monterey 12.6.4. Single-occurrence iCal events have disappeared from my Home calendar on my iMac (Monterey 12.6.4). Repeating Home events are still showing. The problem is the same on my iPhone 13.

I fount it. It only appears when "all day" is unchecked. 🙃
