Non apple apps not opening on iPhone 13 Pro max

Hi,

Two days ago all of the non apple apps on my iPhone 13 Pro Max would not open.

I tried switching phone on/off, did a forced restart, downloaded the latest software update and could not resolve the issue.

Tried tech support but their only suggestion was to delete an app and reinstall and see if that solved the problem.

It did ,but I explained that it not seem to be a practical solution to delete every single app and reinstall but that was all they could suggest. I requested a call back for the following day.

In the meantime I kept trying to resolve the problem and when I connected to the iMac the issue resolved.

When I spoke to an agent the next day the problem was resolved and because I had synced to the mac they said that unfortunately they were now unable to gather information that might have highlighted the problem. he did a diagnostic check on the phone and said the hardware element was fine and that hopefully it was a glitch and wouldn't happen again.

Today I have several non apple apps that will not open. Again spoke to apple support and they are running a 24 hour diagnostic check on the phone so won't have results of that until tomorrow. They again suggested that it was a problem with individual apps but can every single non apple app glitch at the same time?

Has anyone else had this experience?

If so did you discover the problem and more importantly how to resolve it?
