FCPX Export Failed

I upgraded to Sonoma 14.6.1, now im receiving this error when i attempt to export my video: com.apple.Compressor.CompressorKit.ErrorDomain error


Any help is appreciated.

An easy first thing to try is to reset FCP Settings. Hold option and command while launching FCP and choose Delete Custom Settings... (or Delete Preferences... depending on FCP version). Reopen the library you were working on, set the FCP Settings/Preferences back to way you like (turn off background rendering, etc.) and see if the problem has been resolved.


If that doesn't change anything:

Can you export the first half of the problem video? Can you export just the second half?

Can you export another video from another library?


If all the above are unsuccessful, post an https://etrecheck.com report using the "Additional text" button below in your reply. Be sure to give Etrecheck Full Disk Access in System Settings.
