If you try to end a call and turn off the phone at the same time on the phone dialer interface, the phone accidentally calls someone.

What does “turn off the phone” mean exactly?

• Power down the iPhone? Regardless of the method used, this is a multi-step process that takes much longer than ending a call.
• Quit the Phone app? Again, this cannot occur simultaneously with ending a call.
• Something else?

Regardless of the answer to the above, why would you possibly not allow the simple action of ending a call to complete before starting another action?
