I can't use AppStore on macos ventura.

Hey. Recently I bought an older MacBook Pro from 2017. Everything works perfectly except that I cannot use the AppStore because when I try to log in to it, it asks me to fill in the information because I have never used the AppStore, which is right because it is my first Apple device. Even though the information is completed, an error appears. I have MacOs Ventura 13.6.9 installed on it

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.6

Weird. Try log out from iCloud (apparently you are already logged out from App Store). Then boot to safe mode and log (just to your user account in the Finder) in and let the Mac sit there for about 2 minutes. Then Reboot normally and try to log in to iCloud and App Store.

And before doing that remove all 3rd party virus apps (Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, Intego, MacAfee, Norton, Kaspersky, ESET NOD32, Trusteer etc) and 3rd party "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up" apps (CleanMyMac, MacKeeper etc). They produce only obscure errors and corrupt the system.
