How can I stop charges from an app I didn't download?
I did not download an app. They are going yo charge me. How can I make it stop?

Sounds like a subscription was made with the company directly and bypasses Apple's ability to manage the charge. To see if the charge originated from Apple, you will be able to see it here:
View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support
For a charge made directly with a company on a website, then you will need to request a refund or cancel a subscription with them. Disputing a charge will depend on where you are seeing the transaction.
Other times it may be a Credit Card that has been compromised and that issue will need to be resolved with the bank that issued the card.

- The exact description of the charge
- If it is shown in your purchase history
- Where you are seeing the transactions
