How do I turn off the passcode required on my initial home screen so I don’t have to login every time I use my phone

Tap Face ID & Passcode
Tap Turn Passcode Off
Follow the prompts
Now....anyone who picks up your phone has complete access to all your personal data on the phone

Settings > [Touch/Face] ID & Passcode > Turn Passcode Off.
