No option to manually offload apps

My device is running low on storage so usually I offload the apps I’m not using. However, when I went to my Settings app to go do that today, I saw that the option to offload specific apps was gone. In earlier versions, I could do it manually, but it seems that this version only allows automatic offloading. My device is up to date so I think it has to do with the version. Is there any way that I could still manually offload apps, or is my only option to let apps offload automatically?

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App tore Purchases > Deleting Apps and choose Allow. After a few seconds, the Offload App button will be available for each app.
