Unable to Remove “iCloud+ Price Increase” Message in Settings App

I’m running macOS, and I’ve noticed a persistent message in the Settings app that says “iCloud+ Price Increase.” The problem is that I can’t seem to remove or dismiss this message—it just stays there. Has anyone else experienced this issue or knows how to get rid of this notification? Any advice would be really appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

When it concerns a price increase, the user must already be a subscriber; otherwise, they would not receive the notification about the price increase. Therefore, I can confirm that the user does have an iCloud+ subscription of 2TB.
