This support article will give you information on how to view your purchase history (also linked from the page ed2345 pointed you to):
View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support
If the purchase isn't listed there, and you confirm that no one else had allowed access to your card to purchase through their own Apple account, then your card may have been compromised and used by a scammer. Contact the issuer of your card to report the probably-fraudulent charge.

Mariah,
Follow the steps in here:
If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
Mariah,
If you are in the US, the 10.79 is probably 9.99 + sales tax.
Also, are you sure it is a real charge on your account? If it was only an email about a charge, it may be a phishing scam.
I tried but when I type the price in nothing pops up
It was a real charge it came off my cash app card
Mariah,
Is it possible that your card was used for a purchase on some other Apple account?
