Will Keyboard risers enhance comfort on iMac?

The keyboard with touch ID is way too flat. I ordered the recommended risers from Amazon. Also, I find the new keyboard too small. Someone with large hands could find it impossible to use. Because I like the touch ID, I will see if the risers help.
