How can I use Cyrillic (Russian) keypad on my iPad 7th Gen?

How do! Need to type in Russian on my iPad 7th Gen and haven’t had the chance to seek a Cyrillic alphabet keyboard. I welcome your thoughts and help.

How do I set up the 'French Numerical' keyboard layout on iPad? On my Mac, I use the 'French Numerical' keyboard layout to type numbers with the Caps Lock key instead of holding the Shift key.
