How can I change the primary email address on Apple account?
Hi how can i change my primary email address because this one is old apple id icloud email

Note that the new email address can’t be in use for any other Apple ID.
Note that non-Apple domain email addresses can’t be read on iCloud. They can be used in the Mail app, of course, using the separate IMAP and SMTP server details from that email provider.
