iPhone 12 can’t hear calls, only on speaker
I can hear calls only on speaker, it is not my iPhone 13 Pro, it’s a friend’s iPhone 12 Pro

Tell your friend to try checking = Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routing and make sure that their call audio routing is on automatic. Also try restarting their phone or update their phone to the latest software version.
