How to remove battery level display during water lock swim mode

When you use Apple Watch in the pool or beach, it will show the water temperature. However when your battery hits 30% or lower it replaces water temperature with battery percentage. How do you turn this off so you can see the water temp when you have less than 30% battery left?

I don't believe that you can change that. You can contact Apple Support and confirm if you wish, though. If not, you can suggest a change to Apple via their Feedback page:
