Simple sales database that runs on macOS

Hi

I have looked at several CRM products but they are all aimed at large organisations and have tons of complexity built into them that I dont need. I was just wondering if anyone knew of a simple sales database product that runs on MacOS. I only need one to two users.

I want to manage prospects through to getting a sale. So capturing the various people in the organisation and their roles, Capturing all interactions and next action and date of next action.

My existing system handles them once they are customers.

I would prefer a sales database that actually runs on the Mac rather than in the cloud, but I can work with the cloud of course.
