iphone email message from paypal invoice details charging my account
i do not have a paypal account the sent to is to an unknown email not mine and i do not trust the call number included in message text box

I have received several of these scam “PayPal” invoices. They claim that you have bought something that is very expensive, and that your payment method has already been charged. Then they give a number to call within 24 hours if you want to “dispute” the charge.
It is all a big lie, presented by criminals. There was no purchase, there was no charge to your account, and they are not PayPal. If you call the number to “dispute” the charge, the criminals will collect your account information under pretext of needing it to process your “refund.” They will then use the information that they tricked you into providing to rip you off.

Most likely a scam email intended to obtain log in details. You can forward it to: spoof@paypal.com
I blocked it for now and pasted copies of email to notes in blocked contact
