Problems logging in to iTunes on PC - IPV6?

Following a change of ISP and router, my PC now uses IPV6 for some connections. However, I am unable to log in to iTunes in this mode: the error is "There was a temporary problem completing your request. An unknown error occurred (0x80090302). If I disable IPV6, then it appears that I can log in normally. However, having IPV6 enabled seems to help with the problem accessing iCloud photos which I reported earlier. How can I get both working correctly, please?
