Is camera lens damage covered by my iPhone AppleCare+?

Physical damage is not covered by the standard AppleCare warranty.

AppleCare + includes coverage for physical damage.

Unless it is determined by Apple to be a manufacturing defect (highly unlikely), it would be considered accidental damage and is not covered under the standard AppleCare plan.
