“Not working” could mean most anything from an expired subscription, to a network problem, to some add-on VPN or add-on security app getting tangled, maybe an issue with the Apple ID, or various other causes.
Are you getting any error messages or diagnostics shown?
Have you tried restarting your iPhone 14 Pro Max?
