I can see my credit card in the Apple Wallet but am not able to add tickets or boarding passes. I could do this until a few months ago. What happened and how can I add tickets and passes again. I follow the directions about adding them from the app but there are no onscreen directions and the plus sign does nothing.

Passes, tickets, room key, car keys etc. are added by the issuing company. Generally the process is started by using the companies mobile app or secure website. Log into your account with the company, find your tickets and then look for an add to Apple Wallet button.
The change was required to offer additional safety and security to the Wallet and to protect the tickets, passes etc. from counterfeiting, and other fraudulent activity.
