my phone is on the same wifi as my tv, and my tv has an Amazon fire stick which has Display Mirroring available but when I open screen mirror on my phone, no options come up to connect to my tv. AirPlay is also on and set at “ask” and first was set at “automatic.” I’ve tried both settings and still nothing.

Ensure Fire Stick is Ready for Mirroring:
Make sure the Fire Stick is in Display Mirroring mode. To do this, press and hold the Home button on your Fire Stick remote, then select Mirroring. This puts the Fire Stick into a state where it’s ready to receive a screen mirroring connection.

That’s right it won’t work because I have a fire stick and when put it on AirPlay or mirror at the same time and in my iPhone mirroring settings didn’t show the fire stick but the android does , for iPhones iPad and iPod only on YouTube or Amazon music and prime shows that option
Yes I have display mirroring up at the same time as my phone is on screen mirror and my phone is still not reading any other devices.
